Where do you ship to?
At the moment, The Writerly Shop ships anywhere within the continental USA and to Canada. International shipping is restricted right now because of the COVID pandemic, but we are closely monitoring the status and will update accordingly, as international shipping procedures adjust worldwide.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order is shipped within 24–48 hours of your order being placed.
How can I track my package?
All our packages have tracking numbers and can be tracked on the USPS website. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships, and you will be able to track your package online. Should you need any further assistance, please email email@example.com and we will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail and take 2–3 working days to arrive at their destination, should you live in the continental USA. Shipments to Canada take approximately 3–4 weeks to arrive from the USA.
Is there someone I can contact directly about my order?
Yes. If you have any questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I add to, cancel, or change an order once it’s been placed?
No. We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, and for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
Can I change my shipping address once I’ve placed my order?
No. Shipping addresses should be correct at the time that your order is confirmed and paid for.
What do I do if my order arrives and is damaged?
We would be so sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in perfect condition! Contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of your order arriving and we will be more than happy to assist with a refund.
What if I want to return, cancel or exchange my order?
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
What size shirt should I order?
We use Bella+Canvas for all our shirts. Size charts are linked here.
